We would strongly suggest that visitors not miss the salt mines of Maras, the experimental circles of Moray, or the “white city” of Arequipa.The condors of the Colca Canyon are as impressive as the almost unbelievable and ubiquitous pre-Inca and Incan terraces, which, themselves, are almost as amazing as the breath-taking stonework of the Incan buildings. Perhaps most surprising was the superb food that we had at almost every turn.
