The one thing that I do want, however, especially on a trip such as the one we just finished, is that everything fit together with regard to arrangements for the various segments of a trip. Your ground agents were always on time and very helpful in taking care of our needs. We were very appreciative of this as this was our first trip to South America. Our guide stopped the bus in Aguas Calientes at our hotel so that we were in the right place and the transport representative accompanied us through the entire check in process for our flight out of Cusco. Very helpful. As you know, follow through is key when dealing with people that are out of their element. The tour guides also did a very good job, very knowledgeable.

In our travels we have always managed through everything but I wanted to let you know that we appreciated your phone call to us in Cusco when we had our "sick day". "Totally Latin America allowed me to enjoy my time in Peru, rather than spend time worrying if planes would be on time or if I had booked a hotel correctly (my Spanish could use some work). I emailed Paul told him what I wanted to see and do, he made a few recommendations and I was off. From the pickup at the airport in Lima to the drop off at the airport in Cusco the groundstaff with TLA were on time and very professional. I met Paul in Cusco, learned a little more about the company, and he suggested even more things to do in town that I would've never thought of.
