We believe that it is vitally important that you know you are dealing with a reputable and responsible company, before and during your vacation. For you piece of mind and security we are members of the largest travel association in the world - ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents), and at all times we adhere to their practices and strict codes of conduct. We want you have the best service possible
We strive to provide the best service possible from your first contact, to the time that you return home after your tour. Our experienced staff will be pleased to offer extensive advice on everything that you need to know about our tours, the destinations and the countries that you will visit. During you tour, our English speaking representatives we be on hand at all times to assist you any questions or queries you may have.
We honor our commitments
When we say we will do it, we will.
We will issue our tour proposals, receipts, confirmations, call you by telephone and respond to any messages in a timely and accurate mannor. We will always meet you at the times we agree, and will always contact you should there be any change or amendment to your tour.
What we provide before you travel
Two weeks prior to your vacation we will send you a recorded delivery package, which will contain everything you need to know about your tour. It will contain all tickets and vouchers that you will require, plus a full itinerary containing all pick up times, reservations, transfers and tours, along with an "all you need to know" guide to your tour.
Your 24 hour helpline number
When you are traveling we operate a 24 hour English speaking assistance line, so you can have help at any time you need it; just give us a call.
We are flexible
We are flexible in our approach to your tour. Should you encounter any problems either before or during your tour, please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to change your tour with the minimum amount of disruption to enable you to get the most out of your trip.

How we handle your complaints
We are commited to providing the best service possible to ensure you have a vacation to remember. Therefore if you are unhappy with any aspect of your tour, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible. We take all complaints seriously and investigate them either at the time or after your tour, depending on which is most appropriate. Any feedback you provide can only help us improve our services.
